An-ne-ma-ri-a... KOEKOEK! And then suddenly you were an adult.
When did you lose the child in yourself and take control?
NO STRINGS ATTACHED is a musical theatre study that uses a live synthesiser, a cello and vocals to show how we move through different stages of life.
The themes of growing up, change and independence are brought to light by 11 actors with self-written lyrics, movement and music.

Within Speels Collectief's talent development maker programme, young makers create an artistic work. Third- and fourth-year art school students work with a diverse group of performers on their own performance or theatrical research. This gives them the opportunity to develop their maker skills and grow into inclusive theatre or dance makers.

The new creator of this research is Daan Timmermans. He is a third-year Music Theatre student at ArtEZ.
