A theatrical tour of limitations, possibilities and the meaning of
notions of participation and integration. DE PARTICIPATIEKARAVAAN is a montage performance in which you see sketches from the players‘ different lives. Sketches about dealing with each other,
About looking at each other, about listening to each other. Sketches about hiding behind curtains or showing yourself anyway, about participating. Sketches that challenge us to think about how things can be done, about ‘what you have’,
memories and dreams. Sketches about limitations and possibilities, sketches about being human.
Dominique Coppenrath and Martijn Diepenhorst. They graduated from the Theatre Teacher course at ArtEZ Hogeschool voor de Kunsten in Arnhem.
The students were able to take the space within their Theatre Teacher course to develop a socio-artistic performance. They have focused on how community players experience their place in today's society.
