3. Automated decision-making
Speels Collectief takes no decisions on matters that could (significantly) affect individuals based on automated processing. No profiling that has legal or similar significant consequences takes place.

Personal data will not be kept longer than necessary:
Contact details: max. 1 year after last moment of contact, unless necessary for the performance of a contract.
Newsletter data: until you sign up deregisters.

5. Sharing personal data with third parties
We only share your data with third parties if this is necessary for the performance of our agreement, or to comply with a legal obligation.
We use the following processors:
Hosting provider (for hosting our website)
E-mail and newsletter tool (for communication and mailings)

We have signed a processor agreement with these parties to protect your data.
